The ideal candidate has 5+ years of handyman services experience, including carpentry, remodeling, and maintenance. The role requires physical work and the ability to lift 50+ lbs, with a full-time schedule and the opportunity to earn up to 10% of labor revenue as an incentive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in handyman services, maintenance, carpentry, remodeling, construction, or a related trade preferred
• Strong problem solving skill and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Hands on with knowledge of handyman principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies
• Friendly personality and commitment to great customer service
• Able to perform physical labor including bending, lifting 50+ lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Complete carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, remodeling, and general handyman tasks
• Troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Organize and manage equipment required to complete daily tasks
• Represent House Doctors in the local community and network with potential customers
