Responsibilities
- General home and office repairs that encompass cabinet repair/install
- Aging in Place
- Ceiling fan/fixture install
- Garage organization
- Pet door installation
- Interior/exterior door repair/install
- Picture/mirror hanging
- Gutter repair/install/cleaning

- Window repair/replace

Skills and Qualifications
- Proven handyman experience
- Basic knowledge of trades like electrical and plumbing
- Tool proficiency
- 2 years of hands-on handyman experience or 1 year with vocational school training
- Problem-solving, communication, and independence
- Physical stamina
- High school diploma or GED; technical certifications advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (100% REQUIRED)
Compensation
Base hourly wage per hour with 5% commission of every sale executed at high-quality completion of work for a total comp of $48K - $52K year.
