Job summary

Ballantyne Country Club Inc. is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician/Handyman to help maintain the club's facilities and grounds. The role reports directly to the Facilities Director and requires hands-on skills in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting.

The position offers part-time hours with compensation in the $18-$22 per hour range, and eligibility for a 401K after one year of employment, along with consideration for 1000 hours worked.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting.
• Ability to assist with maintenance and basic repairs.
• Willingness to work part-time with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general maintenance and upkeep of club facilities and grounds.
• Support with any technician issues as needed and report to Facilities Director.
