We are seeking a Handyman Service Sales Representative to be the face of our premium brand in Tracy, Stockton, and Modesto. Your mission is to be the most trusted, accessible ally in protecting customers' homes and families. You will play a vital role in expanding our network and positively impacting homeowners' lives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our network in three major market segments: Senior Home Modification Services, Real Estate Pre-Sale Services, and Property Management Repair Services.

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with clients and community partners
• Educating customers and promoting brand awareness
• Delivering compelling sales presentations highlighting TruBlue’s services
• Meeting sales targets
• Attending weekly trade organization meetings and conducting presentations
• Finding local referral sources in each market segment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of outside sales experience
• Strong referral-based sales experience
• Public speaking skills
• Technologically savvy
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, clean DMV record
• Legal US citizen and fluent in English
• Background check and drug screening required
