We are seeking an experienced Handyman with proficiency in at least three (3) of the following areas:

• Bathroom improvements
• Kitchen improvements
• Painting (interior and exterior)
• Drywall work, including repairs
• Carpentry
• General plumbing and electrical (where legally permitted)
• Floor installation and refurbishment
• Knowledge of building codes
• Fencing (wood, vinyl, chain link)

Minimum Requirements
