Job summary

Honey Homes is hiring a full-time handyman/maintenance technician for Oakland and Berkeley territories. You’ll perform home repairs and routine maintenance across multiple trades, with no client hunting, no weekends, and a steady route of about 40–50 homes near your residence.

The role includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus after training and 30 days onboard. Compensation is $36/hour (~$75,000/year) with 100% paid health, vision and dental, 401(k), 12 holidays plus 13 days PTO, life insurance, FSA, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as handyman or multi-trade residential role.
• Skilled across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair, maintenance, and remodel work across multiple trades: carpentry, painting/drywall, plumbing, electrical, and smart home device installation.
• Keep home systems and appliances on a preventive maintenance schedule for your route homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships while visiting members' homes.
• Use the company app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
