Job description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyman to join our team and support day-to-day maintenance operations. This role involves performing general repairs, some landscaping duties, and responding to warranty-related service calls. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a broad skill set, capable of troubleshooting issues and performing hands-on maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs including painting, drywall, minor plumbing, and electrical work.
• Assemble furniture, mount whiteboards, and hand signage.
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, lighting, etc.) and report or repair issues.
• Perform light landscaping such as mowing, weeding, pruning, and seasonal cleanup.
• Respond to warranty-related service requests, inspect reported issues, and perform or coordinate repairs.
• Maintain documentation of completed work and communicate updates to management.
• Serve as liaison between the company and vendors/subs for warranty issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Work Environment:

• Combination of indoor office, outdoor landscape, and new construction homes.
• Some flexibility in hours may be required for urgent repairs or service calls.
