Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Handyman/Maintenance Technician in Boise, ID. Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, DOE, with a Monday–Thursday 7am–5:30pm schedule and occasional overtime on Fridays or Saturdays.

Main duties include general home repairs, light plumbing/electrical tasks, property cleanups, and documenting progress via phone/photos. Expect rare after-hours on-call rotation and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous handyman/maintenance experience.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform general home repairs: cabinets, doors, drywall, and seasonal upkeep.
• Light plumbing and electrical tasks: fix leaky faucets, drains, toilets, etc.
• Property cleanups and turnovers.
• Use phones for communication and photo updates.
• Participate in light, rotating after-hours on-call schedule (rare).
• Other duties as assigned.

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Handyman/Maintenance Technician!

Pay: $20-24/hr DOE
Schedule: M-Th from 7am to 5:30pm, OT on Friday's and/or Saturday's occasionally

Job Summary

• General home repairs: fix loose cabinets/doors/locks, drywall patches, minor carpentry, and seasonal upkeep
• Light plumbing and electrical: fix leaky faucets, clogged drains, repair toilets, etc.
• Property cleanups/turnovers
• Use phones for communication and to take photos
• Emergency support: participate in light, rotating after-hours on-call schedule (this is rare and usually seasonal)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Driver's Licenseand reliable transportation (will receive gas reimbursement)
• Previous experience
• Comfortability interacting with customers
• Ability to lift up to up to 50 lbs. repetitively
