Objective

The Utility Person is responsible for maintaining physical office/building structures, servicing internal equipment, and performing small repair work for facilities.

Description

Responsibilities

• Assist with parts pick-up and deliveries
• Perform minor building repairs
• Perform janitorial services
• Help with contamination control
• Drain, refill, and change filters of various fluid compartments
• Inspect and lubricate equipment as required

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have prior experience doing minor repairs at an office or home, including:
• Drywall repairing
• Plumbing
• Simple electrical work
• Be capable of using power tools, circular saws, table saws, etc.
• Have experience with fluid compartment drain, fill/refill, and filter changes
• Have lubrication experience with various equipment
