Job summary

Ace Handyman Services NoVA is hiring a Handyman Helper - Entry Level in the DC/NOVA area. You’ll support repairs across carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing and more, learn tools and best practices, and grow toward Lead Craftsman through a clear advancement path.

This on-site role offers a consistent Mon–Fri schedule (8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays, W‑2 employment and weekly pay. Starting at $20/hour with per‑job bonuses, 5‑star review bonuses, and opportunities for training and development in a

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on construction/maintenance experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to communicate well with customers
• Willingness to learn multiple trades
• Valid driver license with good driving record
• Ability to lift and work outdoors when needed

Responsibilities

• Assist carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical and tile repairs
• Prepare job sites and maintain clean work areas
• Learn tools, materials and best practices

What You'll Do

• Support repairs and maintenance across trades:
