In this role, you will help local residential and commercial clients complete a wide variety of small-to-medium home repairs and improvement projects. This is a W-2 position that offers a steady flow of scheduled jobs and the backing of a trusted brand. Our office team handles the marketing, booking, scheduling, and billing, allowing you to focus entirely on your craft and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What Success Looks Like

Your primary goal is to provide high-quality workmanship and peace of mind to our customers. Success in this role is defined by clean work, clear communication, and reliable execution.

• On a daily basis: You will review your schedule via our dispatch app, arrive at your scheduled jobs on time, assess the customer's needs, and complete the repairs or installations efficiently. Jobs can range from drywall repairs and carpentry to minor plumbing, electrical, and general home maintenance. You will leave every workspace clean and ensure the customer is satisfied before moving to your next scheduled visit.
• Over time: You will build trust within our local community, earning repeat business and positive reviews. You will maintain a high standard of safety, represent the company with professionalism, and collaborate with our office team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

What You Bring to the Team

We value practical experience, problem-solving skills, and a respectful, customer-first attitude. You do not need to be a licensed contractor, but you must be competent, reliable, and professional.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong multi-trade skills, including practical, hands-on experience in at least three of these areas: carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing, minor electrical, tiling, painting, and general home maintenance.
• Your own standard set of hand and power tools appropriate for residential repair work.
• A reliable, professional-looking truck, van, or SUV that can safely transport your tools and materials.
• A valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills. You must be comfortable speaking with customers, explaining the scope of work, and walking them through the completed repairs.
• The ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience working in residential remodeling, commercial maintenance, or property management.
• Familiarity using smartphone apps for scheduling, dispatch, or capturing job photos and notes.
