The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, customer-focused, and comfortable assisting with maintenance, repair, and installation tasks in occupied residential homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks in residential homes
• Support repairs involving plumbing fixtures, doors, windows, drywall, trim, and appliances
• Help diagnose and address minor home repair issues
• Install fixtures, hardware, appliances, shelving, and other household components
• Perform minor drywall repairs, painting, and touch-up work
• Assist with troubleshooting and completing basic maintenance requests
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and job sites
• Follow safety procedures and company standards on all jobs
• Keep tools and equipment maintained and organized
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Qualifications
