SunnyMac Solar is seeking a dependable Handyman for residential painting, drywall repair, and exterior maintenance. The role requires pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities include patching drywall, interior/exterior painting, siding work, trim and carpentry, weatherproofing, and safe tool operation. Must be able to lift 75 lbs and travel to job sites with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of handyman services, painting, drywall, or residential construction experience.
• Strong drywall installation, finishing, and texture matching knowledge.
• Experience with interior and exterior painting techniques.
• Experience installing or repairing residential siding preferred.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work on ladders/scaffolding.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.

• Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface prep, priming, and finish coats.
• Match textures and paint colors for seamless repairs.

• Perform exterior home repairs, including soffit, fascia, trim, and minor carpentry work.
• Caulk, seal, and weatherproof exterior surfaces.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding project progress.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Assist with additional residential maintenance and repair projects as needed.
