The role involves hands-on home repairs across plumbing, carpentry, drywall, finishing work and general maintenance, with training provided on our processes and installation techniques.

You will perform residential service, troubleshoot issues, document work, and communicate professionally with homeowners and team members, with steady year-round work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, service technician, plumber, carpenter, or related trade.
• Basic plumbing and finishing skills preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.
