Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Professional:

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Completing maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial projects of varying durations.
• Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs, manage expectations, and provide recommendations.
• Delivering exceptional service to cultivate lifelong customer relationships, adhering to the Mr. Handyman Way - a systematic approach that ensures customer satisfaction.

Performance Metrics:

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

• Customer satisfaction ratings (NPS)
• Revenue generation
• Billing accuracy and timeliness
• Recall percentage for warranty work

To Succeed in this Role:

You'll need to:

• Be self-motivated as you'll often work independently.
• Provide excellent customer service, solicit reviews, and handle payments.
• Possess the necessary tools and proficiency in using technology.
• Adhere to our documented processes, the Mr. Handyman Way, and wear proper PPE.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Reside within the designated area.
• Have a minimum of 8 years' paid handyman experience.
• Own your own tools.
• Be insurable for driving our vehicles.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds independently and work safely at heights.
• Maintain a professional appearance and company-provided vehicle.

Desired Proficiency in at Least Three (3) of the Following:

• Carpentry
• Bathroom and kitchen improvements
• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Plumbing and electrical (where permitted)
• Flooring installation
• Familiarity with building codes

Benefits & Pay:

The pay range for this position is $28 to $35 per hour, depending on your professional handyman experience and expertise in home repair and maintenance projects.
