Required Skills & Experience

• Trades Knowledge: Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical.
• Proper Equipment: Not every tool is required, but knowing which tools are needed for specific tasks.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Quick thinker, able to examine a problem and devise a professional resolution promptly.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.
• Presentable Appearance: Clean‑cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools.
• Customer‑Focus: Looks around the property, informs the customer of potential repairs or services the company can provide, builds customer confidence, and upsells additional work when appropriate.
