Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking a skilled handyman to perform maintenance and repair tasks for homes and small businesses in the area. You will work with a company-supplied van and gas card, manage customer expectations, and use technology to document work and collect payments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of paid handyman experience, own tools, and can lift 50 pounds. This on-site role requires a professional appearance and the ability to work safely at heights with PPE and the provided vehicle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman.

Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance & repairs for home and commercial projects.

• Self-managing with minimal supervision while on-site.
• Documenting each job following our process and recording results.
• Wearing proper PPE and keeping the customer’s space clean and safe.

The project length can range from two hours to two days.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.
