We are seeking a Maintenance Handyman to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and the structure of an establishment in good repair.

Responsibilities

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings (fixing things as needed).
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion.
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting.
• Perform cosmetic construction tasks.
• Assist with other duties such as assembling furniture, moving items, and addressing maintenance inquiries across departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or related fields.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Ability to handle physical workload (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Knowledge of how to read a measuring tape.
• Background in construction is a plus.
• Basic electrical skills (e.g., changing bulbs).
• Basic plumbing skills (e.g., unclogging toilets).
