Job summary

Mr. Handyman seeks an experienced Handyman Professional to perform maintenance and repair work on home and commercial properties. You’ll complete tasks from small fixes to more complex projects, delivering quality results with a customer-focused approach.

You will manage customer expectations, document work, follow the Mr. Handyman Way, and often work independently with your own tools. PPE and safety are emphasized, and you’ll contribute to lifelong customer relationships through excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid handyman experience.
• Live within the area.
• Own your own tools.
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle.
• Complete a background and driving record check.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Able to safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle.
• Strong proficiency in carpentry, bathroom, kitchen, painting, drywall, plumbing or electrical work (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair tasks for home and commercial projects.
• Communicate with customers to manage scope and costs.
• Deliver a great experience to build lifelong customers.
• Follow the Mr. Handyman Way and document work.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
