Responsibilities

• Support, develop, and improve manufacturing processes in a large assembly welding environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve weld quality and equipment performance issues.
• Lead weld automation initiatives and process improvements to increase repeatability and throughput.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing standards.
