Job summary

The role requires an Associate’s degree in Engineering or Building Construction and at least three years of related experience; a valid Georgia driver's license; and strong communication and data recording skills. On-site field work, data collection and reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Engineering or Building Construction; 5 years may substitute on exceptional basis, with 3 years field experience.
• Three (3) years experience in surveying, construction, or engineering; valid Georgia driver’s license.
• Knowledge of construction management, engineering reports, and city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections on water/wastewater infrastructure to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Reads plans, GIS maps, and records; prepares reports and as-built drawings as needed.
• Maintains daily logs and coordinates with contractors, engineers, and site operations.
