You will lead four associates handling receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while coaching staff, coordinating workflow, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team or shift
• Experience in receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, or distribution operations
• Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, effective communication with staff and leadership
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem solving
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and basic computer apps

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of four warehouse associates
• Coordinate daily workflow to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety with real-time coaching and feedback
• Track performance using the scorecard and adjust staffing as needed
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety
