Job summary

International Packaging Inc. (IPI) is seeking a General Warehouse & Production Worker for its Brooklyn Park, MN on-site facility.

The role covers production, hand bindery, and folding departments with two shifts; no overnight or weekend shifts; 1st shift 6:00 am-2:30 pm or 2nd shift 2:00 pm-10:30 pm. You will operate equipment, inspect materials for quality, move between work areas, lift up to 25 pounds, and help maintain production flow.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse or production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• English proficiency preferred.
• Ability to reliably commute to Brooklyn Park, MN or relocate before starting.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and use tools such as tape guns with accuracy and care.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Move between machines, racks, and work areas as part of daily responsibilities.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Support production flow and team efficiency across multiple departments to meet and exceed their run rate goals.
