The Cary Company in Pittsburgh is hiring a Skilled Labor Associate to join our team. The role involves hands-on work with plastic containers, recycling materials, industrial drums, and palletizing products. You will use basic hand and power tools and maintain a clean, safe work area.

We value reliability, safety, and teamwork. This Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM offers a pay rate of $19–$23 per hour, with strong benefits and room to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must show up on time and work reliably.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (we'll train).
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle plastic containers, recycle materials, and industrial drums.
• Palletize product and use basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and standard work - no shortcuts.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
