Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate in New Orleans to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for the secure handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

In this role you will load and unload, move, weigh, and sort items, often lifting up to 50 pounds, using pallet jacks and carts, with occasional ladder use. We offer competitive pay and a path for growth.

• Experience with physical tasks requiring repetitive motions and climbing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes (up to 50 pounds), on/off shelving and carts, with ladder as needed.
• Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
