Job summary

Locust Valley Veterinary Clinic in Locust Valley, NY is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our small-animal hospital and ensure outstanding patient care and client experience. This hands-on role partners with the Managing Veterinarian to oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staff development.

You will mentor the team, optimize workflows, and uphold a culture of collaboration and compassion. Prior veterinary management experience is preferred; LVT welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary clinic operations and hospital flow.
• LVT license welcome but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
