Job summary

The Vehicle Maintenance Assistant Supervisor role is an integral part of the Vehicle Maintenance team, combining hands-on shop floor duties with leadership duties to support the safe, reliable operation of the resort's vehicle and equipment fleet.

Working closely with the Supervisor, this position balances workloads, coordinates priorities, and ensures tasks are completed safely and efficiently while actively mentoring VM staff and sharing technical knowledge across the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on maintenance and supervision of the VM team.
• Coordinate daily maintenance tasks and safety procedures.
• Mentor and develop VM staff, share knowledge, and lead daily briefings.
