Responsibilities

• Support and learn vegetable seed manufacturing fundamentals.
• Document operational processes within Manufacturing Excellence.
• Collaborate with onsite teams on key projects for seeds processing.
• Assist with field activities including seed shipments and reconciliations.
• Validate data and generate SAP reports for operations needs.
• Support Quality and HSE programs to improve metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements.
• Work with Crop Specialists to drive reliability, quality and cost improvements.
• Contribute to global/regonal standardization and optimization projects.
