Interstate Group LLC's TrailersPlus in Sharonville, OH is seeking a Parts & Service Assistant to perform hands-on mechanical work on trailers and assist customers with parts and service needs.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour schedule, a safety-focused shop, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match and PTO. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; high school diploma or equivalent required; ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and hands-on ability.
• Experience with heavy equipment and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift 50–75 lbs.
• Basic math for proportions and geometry.
• Clear communication for teamwork and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, custom parts installations, and warranty repairs on trailers.
• Operate Kubota tractor and power tools for lot operations.
• Inspect inbound/outbound trailer inventory, conduct safety checks, assist with product displays.
• Keep shop and lot clean, safe, organized, and productive.
• Collaborate with store management to resolve technical issues and support sales.
