Requirements

Required experience includes:

• Commercial door, flooring, and Sheetrock installation
• Interior/Exterior Finishes
• Painting
• Concrete work
• Ability to read plans

Must haves:

• Proven, hands‑on experience as a tradesman in commercial settings
• Reliable

• Computer literate

• Communicative (daily reports / daily phone calls for project updates)

English / Spanish Bi‑Lingual is a major plus.
