Take Ten Tire & Service in Shawnee, OK is seeking a hands-on Tire Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and keep orders moving. As a Tire Warehouse Manager, you will maintain inventory accuracy, supervise the team, and ensure safe, efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehouse experience, preferably in tire distribution or an automotive environment.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Computer skills (inventory systems, scanners, or Microsoft Office experience required).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
• Provide direction and support to warehouse team members.
• Assist customers with orders, sales, and payments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete cycle counts.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and tire-handling equipment.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper lifting techniques are followed.
• Monitor workflow and help meet daily order fulfillment goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
• Communicate staffing, inventory, equipment, and operational needs to leadership.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
