Job summary

Kraken Kinetics is seeking a hands‑on Test & Verification Engineer II/III to develop and mature testing and verification capabilities across product development, design verification, qualification, and production acceptance. You will own verification strategies, instrument devices under test, collect data, and help turn approaches into repeatable methods.

This role collaborates with systems, mechanical, electrical, firmware, manufacturing, and program teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline and hands-on test experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into verifiable tests.
• Experience instrumenting hardware and using test equipment.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into verification methods and acceptance criteria.
• Develop test plans for development, verification, qualification, and production testing.
• Design and integrate test setups, fixtures, instrumentation, and data‑acquisition systems.
• Execute electrical, mechanical, firmware, environmental, and system‑level tests.
• Analyze test data, document results, and troubleshoot failures.
• Support root‑cause investigations and defect isolation.
