Job summary

Trajan Wealth LLC is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for a modern, full‑stack development role. You will architect and deliver Java/Spring Boot backend services with a React frontend, focusing on scalable, secure enterprise solutions.

You will mentor engineers, set coding standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals. The role emphasizes leadership across delivery, architecture, and operations while maintaining practical, hands-on development across critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of overall software development experience building enterprise applications
• 5+ years hands-on backend in Java/Spring/Spring Boot
• 3+ years building modern React front end
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Relational DBs and ORM like JPA/Hibernate
• CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Development Team on day-to-day basis, coaching and workload management
• Own technical direction and architecture of Java/Spring Boot backend and React front end
• Write and review code, ensure scalable, secure solutions
• Drive API-first design, microservices, and cloud-native deployment
• Establish coding standards and architectural guidelines
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement
