Job summary

Caring Transitions of Lutz & Land O’ Lakes is seeking a compassionate, organized Team Leader / Project Manager to guide small teams through auction preparation, packing, relocation, and clean-out projects for seniors and families.

This project-based role blends leadership with hands-on work on-site; you will train employees, manage daily tasks, coordinate with Owners, and ensure projects stay on schedule while delivering thoughtful, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams on project-based work.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead auction preparation, packing, relocation, resettling and clean-out projects.
• Keep projects on schedule and within allocated labor hours while maintaining quality and service.
• Train and mentor employees; provide on-site feedback and performance reviews.
• Prepare monthly employee performance reports and review progress with staff.
• Foster a welcoming, respectful work environment and enforce safety standards.
• Monitor attendance and ensure accurate clock-in/out.
• Escalate concerns to Owners as needed and report progress at day’s end.
• Coordinate auction pickup, lot edits, and listing accuracy with staff and CTBids.
• Assist with packing, moving, and on-site operations; oversee supplies and equipment.
