• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Support AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization, endpoint patching, Intune/MDM, RDS, backups, and network connectivity.
