Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete the Job Coach Curriculum in Relias and other training programs as required.
• Tennessee Division of Rehabilitation Services and Tennessee Medicaid Waiver program experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to attain an “F” driving endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on job coaching across various job settings to familiarize individuals with job demands.
• Coordinate transportation and troubleshoot employment barriers for successful placements.
• Assist in completing Integrated Work Site Assessments, Vocational Adjustment Services, and tracking placement goals and billing milestones for participants.
