Job summary

Aristeo is seeking a hands-on Steel Fabrication Assistant to support our in-house shop. You will learn the steel fabrication process, assist with painting, and help maintain inventory while ensuring safety and quality of work.

The role is on-site for the second shift (Mon–Fri, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM). We value teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to deliver high‑quality projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or related experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with airless paint equipment.
• Experience in construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the painting area.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory and paint supplies and consumables.
• Keep shop floor organized and clean.
