Job summary

Aristeo is seeking an experienced fitter to read prints, solve challenges, and keep our top-quality work on schedule. This is the second shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. You will read blueprints, set up welders, operate shop equipment, and build fixtures to improve workflow.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and AWS D1.1 certification. Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication is required.

This is for the second shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.

• Check materials to make sure they meet customer specs and our quality standards
• Operate shop equipment as needed for the job
• Set up welders and other shop equipment
• Build fixtures and other aids to improve workflow
• Follow all company safety rules—everyone goes home safe
• Help train and guide newer crew members
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What You Need:

Experience:

• Valid AWS D1.1 Certification required
