Job summary

The World Bank Group is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to design and build secure, scalable AI-enabled solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and AWS. This is a hands-on role requiring you to write the first version personally and validate concepts through experiments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field, or a Bachelor's with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to design and build applications from idea through working solution.
• Hands-on engineering with Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and AWS.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and modern enterprise stacks.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate ideas into framed technical problems, candidate designs and a roadmap to a first working version.
• Build PoCs and MVPs to quickly validate concepts and surface risks.
• Develop AI-first, agentic solutions including RAG capabilities.
• Ensure secure engineering and integration with World Bank Group systems and data platforms.
