Job summary

Peregrine Team is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Project Manager to oversee cleaning and contracted service projects at large active construction sites and critical environments. This role focuses on supervising crews, coordinating daily production, and ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

You will supervise crews, coordinate daily production, communicate with general contractors and other trades, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising or managing field crews.
• Experience in a project management, foreman, superintendent, or crew-lead role.
• Construction cleaning or related services experience preferred.
• OSHA-10 certification required; OSHA-30 preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and project plans.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of contracted cleaning and service work on large active construction sites and critical environments.
• Supervise and assist a crew of approximately 4–8 employees, assigning responsibilities and ensuring daily work is completed efficiently.
• Establish daily production goals based on the overall project plan and schedule.
• Serve as primary contact with general contractors, other trades, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate daily operations to meet project specs, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
• Perform hands-on duties as needed, including manager, superintendent, and/or technician responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress toward completion.
• Conduct site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with client requirements.
• Generate and manage accurate daily and weekly work reports.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks and reinforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Ensure OSHA regulations and site safety requirements are followed.
