Job summary

Driven Services is seeking a dependable Shop Hand in Midland, TX to support daily shop and yard operations. You will assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, loading/unloading materials, and general shop duties. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined and able to work independently or as part of a team.

This hands-on role emphasizes safety and reliability in a busy environment; prior shop or industrial experience is preferred but not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude required; shop/equipment/industrial experience preferred.
• Able to use basic hand and power tools.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic; able to follow instructions.
• Able to work safely around trucks and heavy equipment outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics and technicians with routine maintenance and repairs.
• Perform general cleaning and upkeep of trucks, trailers, equipment, tools, and shop areas.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, materials, and supplies.
• Help prepare equipment for jobs and ensure equipment is returned to the proper location.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
