Job summary

Revitalize Mixers LLC is seeking a Shop Manager to provide technical assistance to technicians and support customer inquiries, ensuring proper repair procedures and safe shop operations. This role leads repairs, troubleshoots equipment, and mentors staff while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

You will oversee scheduling, read schematics, and drive continuous improvement across the shop. A valid driver's license and strong communication are essential; willingness to work long hours

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years related technical experience in mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
• Experience or training in mechanical and/or electrical repair.

Responsibilities

• Direct the repair process to achieve repair quality standards, consistent priorities, and high productivity.
• Oversee the scheduling of truck rebuilds.
• Advise mechanics on rebuild/repair procedures and proper maintenance methods.
• Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and repair of equipment using mechanical and electrical procedures.
• Read and use schematics to complete repairs.
• Maintain employee performance reviews and merit increases.
• Develop action plans to improve business performance and customer service, and sustain employee satisfaction.
