Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing leadership or supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active presence on the shop floor, directing production staff.
• Lead safety, quality, and productivity initiatives across shifts.
• Open the facility and prep shop for daily operations.
• Review schedules and assign work based on priorities and resources.
• Coordinate labor and workflow to meet targets and commitments.
• Monitor progress, timecards, and job status to keep...moving.
• Lead daily/regular production meetings and coaching sessions.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot production, scheduling, and material issues.
• Ensure secure, safe, and compliant shop operations.
