Crelate is hiring an SEO & Marketing Programs Specialist to own end-to-end execution, from refreshing our content and boosting SEO rankings to managing sponsorships and co-marketing programs. You’ll work directly with the Director of Marketing, update pages, create content, and deliver measurable outcomes in rankings, traffic, and partnerships.

You’ll be hands-on, comfortable in HTML/CSS, WordPress/Elementor, HubSpot, and analytics tools, with a strong writer’s eye and a bias for action in a

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience (content/SEO, digital, or programs) in a B2B SaaS or services company.
• Strong AI skills: leverage AI to accelerate value and control output.
• Hands-on SEO: comfortable with SEO tools and on-page optimization.
• Excellent writer/editor who can refresh and produce content with both rankability and readability.
• Organized program executor managing memberships, deliverables, and deadlines across partners.
• Comfortable in HubSpot and WordPress/Elementor; proficient in HTML/CSS and data pulls.

Responsibilities

• Renew and optimize our ranked content catalog (~600 pages) and ~150 podcast pages using SEO tools and AI.
• Execute sponsorship and co-marketing programs (webinars, newsletters, website mentions, press releases).
• Coordinate sponsorship webinars end-to-end and track spend, deliverables, and results against plan.
• Maintain the marketing master plan and content/sponsorship calendars; support backlink outreach.
