Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is seeking a mid-level Security Systems Administrator to develop, configure, and maintain systems that log and monitor network threats. You will design security solutions and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs to protect data and infrastructure.

Required: 8 years in systems administration, TS/SCI with CI poly, and hands-on security experience. Telework is not authorized; location is Annapolis Junction, MD.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Systems Administration or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience; Master’s for 6 years.
• TS/SCI with an active CI Polygraph.
• Proven experience implementing and managing security infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with security monitoring and incident response.
• Knowledge of routing protocols including MPLS, HAIPE/IP, QoS, and WAN.
• Understanding of encryption technologies and data protection methods.
• Familiarity with secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, SCP).
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including potential shift work.
