SURGE Staffing is seeking a Robotic Machine Operator for a hands-on, technical role in a manufacturing environment. You will set up, operate, adjust, and troubleshoot multi-axis robotic equipment to produce quality parts.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver who is comfortable working with advanced manufacturing equipment. You will maintain accurate production records and follow all safety procedures.
