Job summary

#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Big Bend location south of Waukesha. You will oversee store performance, manage a team of 23–32 employees, and lead inventory resets and merchandising execution.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a retail store manager with full ownership of operations, hands-on leadership, and strong experience with POS/inventory software. This role is on-site with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a retail store manager with full ownership of operations.
• Management experience with 20+ team members.
• Hands-on leadership style and ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with inventory control and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to support store operations, profitability, and customer experience.
• Implement and monitor merchandising resets and marketing plans.
• Oversee all staff (23-32 people), including Assistant Managers & department leads.
• Create a daily plan and staff assignments.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and customer service processes.
• Track store performance and KPIs; address areas of concern.
• Ensure daily cycle counts are completed and reported.
