Lancesoft in Acton, MA is seeking an R&D Assembly Technician for a hands-on contract role supporting the development and assembly of medical devices. You will work with manual and semi-automated equipment in a cleanroom environment to build small, intricate components.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing, R&D, or assembly tech/operator roles is preferred.
• Experience in medical device or cleanroom environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual and semi-automated assembly of small components for early-stage R&D builds.
• Operate and maintain basic manufacturing and inspection equipment in a cleanroom or lab environment.
• Follow detailed work instructions, assembly drawings, and process documentation.
• Record observations, data, and build outcomes to support engineering analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers to share feedback and support process refinement.
• Assist in setup and troubleshooting of assembly fixtures and semi-automated tools.
• Support documentation of learnings, deviations, and process updates.
