Job summary

Specialized Talent Acquisition Recruiting Team (START) seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality Department across manufacturing operations. You will drive the QMS, oversee inspections, and coordinate corrective actions with production, engineering, and leadership to meet customer expectations.

You will manage root-cause analysis, supplier quality, and continuous improvement programs while maintaining audit readiness and ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AS9100 and related core tools.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, SPC, and MSA.
• Ability to interpret GD&T and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Department and develop objectives, metrics, and accountability.
• Maintain frontline presence to identify and resolve production quality concerns across processes.
• Lead customer quality concerns, 8D investigations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain QMS readiness, audits, and documentation; drive continuous improvement.
