Training will be provided, and care will be taken to maintain accurate records and support team quality goals. You will collaborate with production staff, learn company procedures, and have opportunities for career growth within quality and production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No advanced technical background required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn company procedures and quality standards.
• Reliable, organized and able to work well with others.
• Experience in quality control or related fields welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, products, and completed work for quality and consistency.
• Perform basic inspections, measurements, and quality tests using available tools and equipment.
• Compare products with guidelines, samples, specifications, or instructions.
• Record inspection results, measurements, and any issues found.
• Report quality concerns and work with team members to resolve them.
• Recheck products after corrections to ensure they meet requirements.
• Keep inspection records and other quality documents organized.
• Use a computer for basic data entry, reports, emails, and quality records.
• Keep inspection tools clean and report any equipment problems.
